Those quiet heavenly moments, enjoying the sounds of birds singing outside my window. Sipping a piping hot coffee. Having a snuggle with little Charlie, his purring vibrating on my leg.
Simply being.
Still.
Happy.
Peaceful.
The simple things that cost nothing bring me the greatest joy. Being in the garden, pottering around the cottage enjoying the moments as they pass. Minimising distractions, speaking less, decreasing interactions with others and focusing on what is most important in my little realm brings contentment to my soul........
