Sunny Afternoons....

Sunny afternoons in the garden are wonderful for relaxing and for enjoying the ambience I have created. Each flower appreciated for the beauty it brings, as is each tree for the shade they provide. 

As the days quickly warm up, the plants are thriving. The nights are still cool enough to offer them respite from the heat of the day, and I of course quench their thirst with a good daily soaking. 

The chickens love the warmer weather as the earth is looser and gives a better dust bath experience, although as the temperature gets higher, they do tend to look as frazzled as I feel...
