After a quick zoom around with the lawn mower over the long grass where the pile had been the chickens were let out for the day. They made a beeline to the freshly cleared patched of earth after a bit of a clucking chorus of seeing the changes.
I myself was super happy with seeing the back garden back to normal after having the pile of debris there for so many weeks.
They stayed there scratching around for several hours obviously there was plenty of scrumptious treats hiding just under the surface......
