A visit to my son's recently to see him, the grandpups as well as see the changes in his garden.
Like me his love for his own piece of Gaia has become his passion. It's getting on for two years since the plants replaced half of the lawn. Like my place the plants were slow to become established, the first summer had a few casualties as plants struggled under the severity of the sun.
I do wonder how any plant survive the summer months downunder.
Now the vision a reality.
A calming natural oasis to relax in and watch the increasing bird visitors that are frequenting the garden.
This year we had both decided to plant some bulbs amongst our native gardens, his have a head start on mine and are already sprouting, mine a little slower to appear.
Of course no visit here is complete without at least one photo of the grandpups. Cooper and Banjo patiently waiting for a treat. They were both very attentive waiting for the gesture that it was okay to eat, such good manners........
