Lazing Under...........

Lazing under the canopy of a large shady tree finding respite from the heat of the day, laying with my back on the grass gazing skyward.

Instantly relaxed.

Revived after an abnormally warm beginning to spring, the sun already stinging if out in it too long.

Finding a park with the intention of pausing for a moment,. 

Resting here as the world continued around me, focusing on my breath, on feeling my body cooling down, watching the wind moving through the trees, leaves rustling, earth humming...........
