Kale chips my way.
I wash a bunch of kale and leave it to air dry.
Preheat the oven at 225
Melt a small amount of coconut oil, brush it over the front and back of each leaf.
A sprinkle of salt.
Into the oven they go.
Twenty minutes or so later out of the oven they come.
After they cool down a bit I gentle break them in to bite size pieces.
So delicious and everso moreish.....
