Midday Meditation............

Midday meditation by the tranquil waters of the Swan River.
The shade much appreciated as we are having a very warm beginning to Spring this year.
A few moments taken to watch to river as it flowed.
Watching and breathing in the fresh air, listening to the birds, hearing the odd splash of a paddle as a canoeist went past.
Feeling calm and centred, alive and invigorated all from taking a few minutes to simply sit and be.......
