With over 20 mm of rain falling before lunchtime yesterday the roads turned into mini rivers, the drains not coping at all with the deluge. After a quick trip to the shops it was then into the snuggly warmth of the cottage to watch the garden as the rains continued well into the evening......

We have had rain off and on today, sometimes with intensity.
