The Battle For....

The battle for a nesting hollow was raging between a pair of ringneck parrots and rose chested cockatoos.  Both pairs wanted the hollow for themselves and a loud  argument was on as both tried to stand their ground. 

In the end all four took off with none the winners in this round. I didn't think that this is a particularly good place for a nest, sure the hollow is perfect for nesting, however there is no cover from eagle eyed predators......
