A contented Charlie slipped under the covers and slept there the entire night without moving. Been a long long long time since he has done that.
To see him returning to a calmer way of being after the ordeal he has had to deal with for so many months is uplifting. The allergic reactions suddenly appearing really was a harrowing experience for him. For me as well as for months no matter what the vets suggested nothing seemed to work. And it did seem that it is environmental and well as food that upsets him, which has made diagnosis extremely difficult.
He has now not had any medication for over a week and the rash is swiftly subsiding with this new rather expensive food. He is worth it though. Anything to make him happy and peaceful.
He is such a gentle and loving little chap and now finally after a long and painful journey life is returning to normal.......
