Finding A New Path.....

Finding a new path to follow down by the Swan River in Ascot ended up taking me to a new and wondrous place. From the moment I got out of the car and spotted a wattle bird performing acrobatics on a grevillea bush, to the last scene looking out over the river with another storm front approaching, the walk was perfect.
Walking off the path and into the bush land when beckoned to always proves a good idea. Listening to my intuition when out and about always pays off. For it is these subtle calls to head in a certain direction that offers moments of wonder. These spontaneous meanders also give my soul a nourishment found nowhere else.
With puddles finally decorating the land proving a playground for the waterbirds to the whispers of the wind as it dances through the trees, being alone in nature brings clarity and peace.....
