And Then There.....

And then there were three.

All of Nova's eggs have now hatched, I was lucky enough to be present this morning when the last of the bantam chicks emerged from their shell.

Nova has three blue eggs left to hatch from one of the bigger hens, if these chicks hatch they are going to be double the size of her own tiny chicks.

She was certainly intent on becoming a mother, bless her wee soul.

How glorious nature is new life after only 21 days of incubation.......
