More Clearing.....

More clearing and pruning of the garden beds was done over the weekend, as fast as I rake the fallen leaves from next door's towering trees they are instantly replace by more. One of those neverending jobs. The ground was hard as rock and digging out the grass was quite the workout but at least the plants will be able to breathe again with the strangling grass taken away. At some point I will get the mower out as the grass and winter weeds are quite long now although the birds and chickens do enjoy the seeds and flowers the weeds provide so I tend to leave it be.....
