There Is Something...

There is something very nourishing about baking first thing in the morning. Each few days I make a batch of these breakfast cookies often tweaking the recipe to add something new. They are really easy and super healthy. Today's version is lovely and spicy with a bit of extra ginger. 
3 bananas mashed
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of dried cherries.
1 dessertspoon of cacao
2 teaspoons of ginger powder
1 cup of rolled oats.

Mix everything together and then spoon onto prepared tray.
Bake for around 20 minutes.......
