The morning greeted me with twinkling raindrops, damp and chilly a marvellous sight to behold. The nourishment of rain offering sustenance to the earth. Around me the world still slept; silence sounds deeper on a soggy morn. The stillness shrouded me, the hushed calm weaving itself into my soul. New life swelling from the earth as many seeds break through the soil. Seeds ready to harvest from the chaste berry tree offered their peppery aroma drifting in the brisk air. The gossamer webs of spiders dripping with delicate droplets of water adding a mystical energy to the garden as they shimmered in the dulled dawning light...
