The adorable Charlie, head imp of the house is finally getting over his allergy. It's been months and months of stress for him and I as he struggled with whatever it was that was setting him off. Having allergies of my own I know how frustrating it is, and how allergies can affect your entire body causing all sorts of health issues.
He is off all medications now, and after more than a year he is not biting off his fur or licking himself red raw. It really is a blessing.
With the cooler wet weather now here, it will reduce the dust and pollens which will help us both, but I also think that after a lot of trial and error I have found foods that he can eat without any reactions.
His fur has all grown back, and he is less stressed and more playful, and of course more impish bringing that rascally energy into the cottage once again...
