Visiting The Grandpups.......

 Visiting the grandpups yesterday and meeting their little friend Chester who was having a weekend sleepover as his owner was away.

Kelpie's and a red heeler's are two famous Australian breeds of cattle dogs, although these three don't rustle up cattle they all live a life of luxury and happiness.

I was trying to capture a photo of the two red dogs together however Banjo was having none of it!

A lovely morning of just watching the dogs being dogs which prompted a conversation of why humans find themselves so caught up in depression and anxiety over the pressures of life or comparing themselves to others, why can't we be more like dogs and just simply be humans happy to be here without the ego getting in the way and causing all the issues the ego loves to create which leads to dysfunction and unhappiness in life.

As the dogs sat with us in the garden just happy to be, soaking up the suns rays which by midday to us humans were far to hot to sit out in.

Cooper and Banjo in particular sat in the scorching sunshine laying back to allow the intense heat of the sun to warm them up, their coats so hot to touch yet still they laid there out in the open basking in the summer heat......
