Signs of summer approaching is already quite obvious with the landscape beginning to dry out.
The fallen leaves have lost all their colour and lay crisp on the earth.
Despite the recent heat, flowers are still blooming, some were definitely thriving.
The climate here as harsh as the terrain, yet here too grows some of the most amazingly delicate wildflowers in the world.
It does cause me to pause when I see some of these fragile plants as they gift their blooms to the world. From tiny orchids to dainty vines, the bushland is a wonder of life...
