Several weeks ago found myself near Lake Joondalup, unlike most of my visits I found myself on the eastern side of the lake. I was certainly hopeful of an interesting meander; I was however a little disappointed that the pathways were not at all close to the lake. Unfortunately, I did not get many glimpses of the lake at all and found that the trees held more interest as I ambled along...
