The rain began yesterday evening with gentle persistence, by the early hours of the morning it was torrential accompanied by howling winds thunder and lightning.
It was glorious.
The summer has definitely ended.
Heading out before breakfast I enjoyed a morning walk in the still insistent rain, soaked and smiling when I returned home it was a fabulous way to start the day...
