Morning mayhem as breakfast oats are put out for the chickens and the duck family that is here most of the day. The ducks arrive shortly after dawn and stay until around midday before flying off to the lake, they return in the late afternoon and stay until dark.
There are normally between ten to twelve ducks, many of which are still very young.
The morning feed is always a free for all, in amongst the chickens and ducks there was the odd rose chested cockatoo, plus a few brave bronzewing's...
