Finding a new trail to explore is always exciting for me. I never know what to expect. Sometimes I am thrilled, sometimes I am lost for words, sometimes, like today I am intrigued by what I see.
The Australian bush is a harsh place, a place of beauty, and place of wonders not seen anywhere else on the planet, a place of scents and dangers that tantalise as much as they terrify.
From spiders' webs to burnt out hollow trees, lingering shadows or, wonderful patterns in the bark I never know what will draw my attention, one meander to the next...
