My Favourite Bull

My favourite bull was quite the character yesterday when he came over for a pat and a few handfuls of freshly mowed grass. Away from his family having a quiet moment he wasted no time coming to the fence. The calves have all grown so much in the few weeks it's been since I visited them. The youngest was close to his dad investigating the wire fence and rubbing himself on a wooden post. 

The rain was suppose to come yesterday however all we had was a dramatic sky. It was good to see green once again in the cows field as it has appeared a dusty bowl of dirt for months. When the weather finally cools and rain eventually comes once again the cows will have an abundance of nourishing grass to nibble on.

The bull is such a gentle soul, he was really curious of the camera and I am in love with his curls. 

And those eyelashes! Well any woman would be envious.......
