A glimpse into a garden planted many many years ago. The daisies and geraniums in particular are no longer popular plants used when beginning a garden. There were several grapevines and a very interesting area where only succulents were planted.
Gardeners did try to grow quaint English style gardens here, yet many of the plants the older generations loved so much simply don't fare well in the harsh Western Australian climate.
The garden did have a quaint feel to it and it was somewhat nostalgic to catch a whiff of geranium in the air.......
