A surprise was waiting on the doorstep when I arrived home from work today. All the way from Barnsley, South Yorkshire from my dear friend of many years the lovely Ellen. Certainly made me smile when I saw what it was.
Feeling the miles at this very moment when all I really want is to catch up with her for a cuppa and give her a big hug and say thank you in person.
But she knows that and feels it too and she knows how much this gift has meant.....
