The adorable Rufus who I now only visit once per week has been a very poorly boy. He has been in hospital a few times over the past months and I have seen him slowly wasting away as old age and health issues plague him. Yesterday he was so happy to see me and as I scooped him up he was happy to snuggle as I visited his human. Never far from me and demanding belly rubs and kisses I was happy to oblige. Hopefully the pain medication he is on will see him settle and enjoy life once more.....
