Morning Antics.........

Morning antics with the flock of rose chested cockatoos that live in the surrounding trees can be loud and rather entertaining. The pair near the top of the towering palm next door may have a nest. They both appeared to be looking at something nestled behind the dried drooping palm leaves. I watched them for a short while trying to catch a glimpse of what was keeping them interested. I wasn't able to see any evidence of chicks though.
In my towering grandmother jarrah tree in the front garden another family of rose chested cockatoos where larking about. Especially the three youngest ones. As morning preening took over I decided to give them some privacy as they fluffed themselves up for the day ahead........
