The tranquil beauty of Noble Falls was calling me the other morning, only a fifteen minute drive from the cottage I headed there for a gente morning walk before breakfast.
Although not a towering waterfall the power of the water cascading over the rocks still creates a loud rushing sound, sitting on the rocks in the warm sunshine I was relaxed almost instantly as I sat transfixed watching the water as it travelled downstream.
Walking further along the pathways than I have done previously I discovered more spots to sit and watch the quieter parts of the stream.
I also noted more pathways to explore another day.
With spring on it's way the bushland already seemed to be more vibrant, not many of the wildflowers were out, but buds were covering plants everywhere I looked.
Birds were singing and the sun warm enough to take off my cardigan, after the chill of the winter months it felt so good to feel the sun once again on bare skin....
