Kangaroos Were The Stars.........

Kangaroos were the stars of today's adventures, even though many other fascinating vistas caught my eye, the kangaroos won paws down! 

I have never actually been in a place that has resident kangaroos going wherever they want. And I do mean wherever they want! Not sure of the health and safety aspects of this establishment for the wellbeing of kangaroos and humans alike.

 But, I will swiftly add it made for a very eventful lunch.

The kangaroos and all the birds that seem to have made this particular place their mecca are all really tame, therefore touching the kangaroos was easy and really rather wonderful.

The Ringnecked parrots were not shy at invading a person's personal space and would land on heads or shoulders to get a titbit of a french-fry. They actually were hilarious if truth be told.

The surrounding bushland was idyllic and the clouds today were particularly sensational. 

So, in all one totally fabulous day.......
