Walking Around.................

Walking around quietly by myself was a what I required after my adventurous morning exploring the hushed and tranquil reef.

With the inner metamorphosis that was buzzing beneath my skin I headed for the mute shelter of my waiting room.

Here within the refuge of stillness I would sit in contemplation of what it was that was happening to me.

Becoming attuned to the force that sizzled beneath my skin, the intensity of the energy quickened the beating of my own heart, it was throbbing so loudly that I could hear it as it pounded in unison with all that I passed..............
