Rose breasted cockatoos are some of the loudest, and most colourful of our native birds. They are comical and cheeky, and are a constant source of amusement and destruction in equal measure.
They like to bite flower buds off before the flowers get a chance to unfold, and they also damage branches whilst they practice their aerobatics and often clumsy landings.
They hang upside down screeching for no apparent reason, which is always funny to watch.
Mostly they are joyous creatures who simply radiate fun and mischief wherever they go...
