A lone pink and grey galah glides across the sky while the chickens and magpies enjoy tidbits as evening draws near.
I am still at odds at to what sex two of the chicks are, Pluto is definitely a rooster but the other two are still a bit of a mystery.
The magpie family that visits each day are tolerated by the flock, sometimes they are chased off, however this time there were ample treats for all.
Stale cake, rice, left over cat food and a whole lettuce was obviously enough for all to share without any arguments. A really entertaining and enjoyable way to end the day, and also a feeling of contentment not just for the birds but also for the human watching......
