Early morning baking seems to be becoming a habit!
And I guess it isn't a bad habit to get into, creating yummy goodies to share with others really does warm my heart.
This time my creation was a banana and walnut cake to take with me on another visit this morning.
My special people really are enjoying me showing up with a freshly baked cake. Sadly this one lacked the banana frosting I had planned on covering it with as I realised, rather too late, that I was out of icing sugar.
It still tasted delicious though......
