Recovery after my fall last week is not healing as fast as I had thought, the internal damages are slow to improve, which is frustrating and still extremely painful.
I am very grateful no bones were broken, but the pain is getting on top of me.
Luckily seeing that my aeonium arboreum/Irish rose was beginning to bloom with two bees enjoying it's sweet offerings made my day.
For a moment my troubles ceased to exist as I stopped to appreciate the scene before me.
These flowers are magnificent when fully open, with a few sunny days this one should be in full bloom very soon...
