And Back To Zanthorrea.....

And back to Zanthorrea I go!
Taking a friend to visit Zanthorrea nursery for the first time after she had been told it was a boring nursery selling nothing but boring native plants and grasses.

Well, to say she was pleasantly surprised was an understatement.

We slowly meandered around the planted gardens and her constant surprise at the plants and flowers was so delightful to witness.

As always another day gives me another perspective of this glorious nursery.
From seeing the stunning new growth on a paperbark tree the soft pink leaves where amazing, surprising us both at how creative Mother Nature is.
Many other natural delights continued to stop my friend as she discovered so many plants that really took her breath away on our walk around the nursery.
More frogs and a lovely pink and grey galah who seemed more than happy to pose for a couple of photos.

Leaving inspired and calmed by the relaxing energy of the nursery despite the hordes of people who also took advantage of  a warm and sunny Saturday morning to visit this lovely place.
