Dropping by to see my favourite cow family, unfortunately they were way over to the far side of their field grazing. Being a cooler day they were taking advantage of getting out from under the shade for a good feed.
I am particularly taken with the bull, he is such a muscular powerhouse contently munching away on the dried grass with his precious herd always in sight. The calves adorable and all seemingly brave enough to venture off on their own.
As with all the nature baths I take I do find observing families of animals extremely relaxing as much as I find them humbling......
