The secret lives of water birds is a realm I truly enjoy observing. Each moment I feel is private and that I am privileged to watch. Mostly I tread as silently as possible and move slowly as to not disturb or distract, becoming a part of the scenery.
Once settled I can spend hours viewing the antics and those special interactions between a bonded pair.
It's these times where I feel truly alive, present and intimately connected to everything surrounding me.
Complete Oneness.
Taking time to merge with my surroundings leads me into deep meditation.
Mind clear.
As these glorious feathered beings go about their day serenely, that serenity pulsates it's way into me.
