Stopping to look at community art is something I always make time for. These mosaic walls appear to be a story wall, yet once again I could find nothing about it.
I did wonder if it was a community project, as the walls surround the small amphitheatre at the High Wycombe Community and Recreation Centre. Even doing an online search yielded nothing, which was disappointing but something I often find with street art in Perth...
