My tiny little chihuahua friend Mickey was so excited to see me yesterday after his three month holiday to the other side of Australia that I thought he'd hurt himself as he wagged his whole body in a extremely excitable way.
And I have to say, it was wonderful to see him too, because it's really an honour to be given unconditional love by an innocent puppy.
Dogs don't play games with emotions, they don't won't give you conditions for offering their love or friendship, and they don't judge or gossip.
Which is why I prefer animals to humans.
What you see, is truly what you get.
Unconditional love.
Apparently, he was the star attraction whenever he was out for a walk, and to me that's absolutely no surprise as Mickey is adorable.
Mickey is the gentlest, happy most loving little dog and an absolute joy to be around.
As my visit came to an end, little Mickey had worn himself out to the point of exhaustion, and nodded off with his favourite hamburger toy still in his mouth...
