When visiting Whiteman Park I always choose to go midweek when it's quiet, where I am to amble along enjoying the peace while surrounded by nature. There's quite a bit of colour still around at the moment, although parts of the grassy field is beginning to dry out.
Walking through the little village which has a selection of small shops was deserted, only the art gallery appeared to be open for business.
I wasn't drawn to browsing, instead I continued to wander enjoying the serenity of the scene...
