At This Time...

At this time of the year I always send out love and healing to the millions of animals across the world who's lives are taken for festive meals. 

Sadly though, every year a lot of these animals have their lives taken in vain, as supermarkets are overstocked, and a lot lays rotting, never used.

Not all grazing animals have a good life, like the little cow family I visit regularly. And that weighs heavily on my heart too. 

All beings deserve to be loved and treated with respect, sadly this is not the case for millions of farm animals. I know not all choose a plant based diet like I prefer, my wish is that more people would take a moment to be present when they sit down for their meals. Honouring the lives taken, so that they may eat. 

With that said, I send out across the globe my thoughts and love to all these gentle beings who have lost their lives...
