Random Moments...

Random moments while I was watering the garden this morning. Given I've decided to reacquaint myself with my camera I took it with me as most often I see something inspiring while I am watering.

A new holland honeyeater was feasting on a flower, there was a whole family of about seven. I only managed to get a photo of one as they rarely stay still.

Finally I got closeups of one of the rabbits, who didn't realise I was there. It soon disappeared when it saw me though.

And also, a good photo of the adolescent quenda who lives at the bottom of the garden. She nearly hopped straight into my leg, she scurried off when she heard the camera. Last night when I was locking up the chickens I noticed a big male chasing her, attempting to mate.
She is so tiny I felt a little sorry for her as she's still only a baby herself...
