Going through all the photos on my camera I'd forgotten about is rather interesting. Moments that had inspired long neglected when life became challenging.
Losing incentive for life last year as it presented me with far too much to handle. It's really an interesting exercise looking at places I'd been, my photos taking me on a journey as the moments visit me once more.
The minds eye showering me with visions of many days that have long since past, closing my eyes I can feel a breeze on my face, hear the music as leaves dance in the breeze.
These photos of a purple swamp hen were taken at a café l really enjoyed visiting because of a large pond the café overlooked. There was always life happening on the pond, it was always soothing for my soul watching the lives of others drifting before me.
Sadly it closed its doors last year, and the building now lays empty.
Watching nature is more than intriguing for me, it's nourishment for my soul.
It's where I feel seen and loved, as the realms of the humans is hurtful and unnatural...
