Small apple chunks and blueberries made a scrumptious addition to a cake I made yesterday. Bear was happy to lick the bowl and sneak a few crumbs after I finished a piece. Fruit that is nearing its end mostly ends up in cakes or biscuits. Always a treat to sit down with a freshly brewed coffee and a warm piece of cake...
