Warm days and sunshine are lingering a little too long, although lovely are not the kind of days we are needing here. With a seven-month long summer the seasons have become somewhat chaotic. Birds and animals are not breeding, flowers are not coming, even my chickens are so confused they have not laid eggs in months. Cycles as well as seasons are both out of their natural rhythms.
On the plus side though, the grasses are once again green after several decent downpours. Seeds are also germinating in my own garden which is promising...
