My last walk at one of my absolute favourite places last month was so distressing that I wasn't even able to look at the photos taken, let alone edit them. This special place is normally so full of life and wonderful vistas. What I saw was so distressing that I have not been out with my camera since.
No rain for months and the devastation is too much for me.
Towering trees dropping limbs in an attempt to survive the drought, others, sadly have perished.
With no rain in the foreseeable future, I cannot begin to imagine how many more animals, trees and plants will die. Nor can I urge myself out into the wild wonderland that normally captivates my heart...
