It has been many months since I have been to visit my favourite cow family. there are a couple of new calves, sadly though the older ones have left the farm.
Their field is dry as the strong easterly winds and summer heat zap all moisture from the earth leaving the land parched, and void of food. Dad was resting under the shade of a tree, the little ones exploring this new world they find themselves in whilst the mothers were a safe distance away. keeping an eye on them..
