One of the most endearing things I love about my chickens is their morning ritual in front of a mirror I have placed against the side of the cottage.
Every morning, without fail they come here after breakfast. They will all take turns staring into the mirror, sometimes they will preen themselves. Sometimes not.
When they are done they will slowly move on, but not until all of them have had a turn, and everyone is happy with their appearance...

How fun to watch. I bet they are admiring those great looking birds in the mirror.
