An Evening Snack...

An evening snack of oats for the chickens, was suddenly an evening snack for all.

I like to give my girls a handful of oats before they go to bed in winter. 

And because of all my regular garden inhabitants, I try to sneak out the oats so my girls get them all.

On this occasion, word got out fairly quickly that there was a tasty afternoon treat on offer.

And given all the different species, not one disagreement was exchanged...
