A new mat, but not just any mat has added a touch of luxury to my living space. It is a muscle mat, which is mat made of memory foam, with a shaggy super soft cover. I absolutely love it! Especially when I get home after work and rub my feet over it, lay down and use my zen machine. I have had other mats and rugs over the years in the cottage, but not anything as soft and supportive as this. The kitty kids are not to keen, I guess because it's so spongy, which is perfectly okay with me as I get to enjoy it all on my own...
